Description:
Livestock Indexed Insurance Activity' refers to an insurance activity where, instead of compensating the actual losses of the policyholder, compensation is provided based on the percentage of large livestock losses that exceed a threshold set at the soum (district) level during the insurance coverage period. If the losses exceed the threshold, the compensation is calculated based on the excess percentage and the insurance valuation, as specified in Article 4.3 of the Insurance Law.
